Prakash is the Founder and CEO of Blooprint Consulting. His impressive 9-year career in e-commerce has equipped him with expertise in scaling brands and providing effective solutions that drive business growth. Prakash's focus is twofold. First, he ensures that we help our clients achieve substantial and lasting improvements in their performance and drive revenue growth. Second, he is dedicated to nurturing talent, building high-performing teams, and strategizing business growth within Blooprint.
Prior to founding Blooprint, Prakash served in various management roles at Flipkart, where he spent 7 years developing expertise in both the buy and sell side of e-commerce. During his last role at Flipkart, he headed the sell side of multiple categories in the electronic and fashion business units, where he built a deep understanding of brand strategy, planning, customer experience, and category P&L.
Outside of work, Prakash enjoys spending quality time with his family and especially relishes playing with his son.
Ajay Maharaj

Ajay is the Co-Founder and Heads Performance Marketing & Data Automation at Blooprint. He has over 9 years of experience in e-commerce helping brands in executing performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and optimizing ads ROI. He has deep expertise in managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Previously, Ajay handled multiple charters like Planning, Growth, Customer Search Experience, Catalog and Analytics at Flipkart. In his 7 years at Flipkart, he developed expertise in how Searches, Merchandising, and Product Recommendation works. Ajay has also established a selection design framework and improved the customer experience through a revamped catalog and discovery.
In his free time, Ajay enjoys indulging in his favorite pastime of watching movies and TV shows.
Varun Aggrawal

Varun Aggrawal is the Head of Business & Growth at Blooprint Consulting, where he brings more than 12+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry. Varun's expertise in Business Development, Brand Building, P&L Management and Strategy & Planning, has helped drive revenue, growth and profitability. He closely monitors the company's overall strategic partnership and maintains strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Blooprint, Varun held senior positions at Jockey India, Flipkart and Amazon. During his time at Jockey India, he led the e-commerce business for two years, focusing on sales, marketing and operations. While at Flipkart, he built and managed several categories, including Men's Fashion, Smartwatches & IoT, Computer Accessories and Books. He also played a pivotal role in building successful D2C audio brands on Flipkart such as boAt, Go Noise and Fire Boltt etc. At Amazon India, he established regional selection and scaled FBA during its initial year.
During his spare time, Varun finds pleasure in exploring new destinations through his travels and also enjoys immersing himself in a good book.
Ankita Singh

Ankita, the Head of Operations at Blooprint Consulting, brings a wealth of expertise in e-commerce platform operations and process improvement. With a keen ability to formulate and implement operational initiatives, Ankita plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clients' e-commerce portals.
Ankita is also an ex-Flipster. She was a part of catalog and ML data labeling team at Flipkart, where she worked closely with data science teams to prepare data sets for ML model training. Ankita has also conducted catalog training for new team members and collaborated with category teams to create effective catalog content for Mobile, Fashion, Beauty & Electronics.
Outside of work, Ankita finds joy in cooking during her free time.
Abhishek Kashyap

Abhishek Kashyap, a seasoned Tech Head at Blooprint, focuses on industry-wide challenges, including Data Processing, Business Landscape Analysis & Optimization, and harnessing technology like AI and ML - a mission he actively pursues at Blooprint.
With over 5 years of experience spanning Ed-Tech and IT, he excels in projects involving Lead Quality, Task Automation, Data Processing, and Campaign Strategizing. Proficient in Data Science and Coding, his vision is to pioneer a comprehensive E-commerce SaaS solution, transforming the field with features like Ad Optimization, Catalogue Management, and Inventory Management.
